Hand built piezo bridge, and Wilkinson WVC humbuckers, create an amazingly versatile instrument. On stage or in the studio, the Mondial Classic Guitar is capable of tones that are simply not possible with traditional guitar designs. These Alnico V Humbucker pickups create clear and full tones. The piezo pickup under the bridge picks up the sound from the guitar's acoustic top simulating an acoustic guitar sound. Piezo Pickups have a very beautiful and powerful sound. The Acoustic Glass Top gives the guitar it's light weight but will the glass top last? There were several glass top guitars made in the 50s and 60s and the answer is, YES.
